As an owner of one of those condos, I felt it necessary to try and get some standard information together about our units. The HOA fees right now are 70$ a month and Harold Smith is the Condo President. I live in #7, my unit does not have a basement, but some of the other units do, while still other units have a split level construction. My square footage is about 1200, 600 in the base level and 600 in the upstairs level.
