Starting June 2, 2008, Rose Hollow Management will no longer be our Property Management Company.
Tork Management (owned by me, Adam Torkildson) will be managing our bills and HOA fees. I have set up WWW.WOODHAVENCONDOS.ORG to accept payments via: paypal, credit card, and there are also instructions on the site on how to set up automatic drafts from 15 different banking institutions. If your bank isn’t on the list, please contact me immediately. My contact info is right on the website. Email is the best way to contact me.

Harold is still the President, and the Condo committee is now responsible for condo repairs, beautification, and any other problems we have.

And if Rose Hollow has charged you bogus late fees this month, don’t pay them. Also I will not be charging late fees from this point forward.

The first condo association meeting was kind of short and sweet. There was only 3 members present: Harold Smith, Adam Torkildson, and Meriam Busch.
Items discussed:
Adam becoming Treasurer
Meriam being the Beautification expert for the common area
Harold being/staying president and maintenance expert
Kim Jackson being part of a Welcoming Committee
Tilly Zimmerman being over paying our monthly association bills
Keri Neilson being legal counsel in realty law
Judie Uphold being secretary.
We also discussed moving Rose Hollow out of managing our money, and having Adam take their place, as a secretary. This involves giving 30 days written notice to Rose Hollow, and Adam getting a business license, and getting 75% of the home owners signatures to remove Rose Hollow.

This is Adam Torkildson writing the first official post of 2008. I will be posting our meeting notes here on the blog, so that anyone who can’t make it can still get an idea of what went on.
