So, we elected the 5 member committee.  They are:

Other items discussed:

The irrigation water coming in to the sprinkler system, I assigned Rob to look into that.  Also talked about the roofs for units 22-27, they are willing to pay at least 75% of the cost of putting on new roofs, and we'll talk about how much HOA fees we can chip in to restore the roofs.  There might be some further discussion about concessions for the other units because of HOA fees put towards those roofs.  We also talked about weatherizing the swamp coolers in units 1-21, and all agreed that would be a great idea.
