As of June 1, 2008, Tork Management will be accepting your HOA fees.  There are 3 ways to pay:

1.  You can pay on this site, click here

2.  You can set up automatic bill pay through your banking institution, click here

3.  You can drop off a check at Adam Torkildson's condo, #7, Monday thru Saturday 7 am to 8pm. 

Wood Haven Condos in American Fork are a bunch of condos built in 1985-90.  As an owner of one of those condos, I felt it necessary to try and get some standard information together about our units.  The HOA fees right now are 70$ a month and Harold Smith is the Condo President.  I live in #7, my unit does not have a basement, but some of the other units do, while still other units have a split level construction.  My square footage is about 1200, 600 in the base level and 600 in the upstairs level.  We put in new countertops and painted some accent walls, and installed a new sink in the kitchen, because everything was the original construction from 1985.
